In the first year of the show I sent them a hysterical complaint letter (including the fact that I spent a fortune on clothes and my son only wore brown pants, a green striped shirt and boots, which I didn't consider beach wear). They sent me a hand written note, autographed pics for both my kids and tons of items not available in stores.
